About
A trust layer for local services.
TSFind is an independent platform connecting business listings to official trade registries, scoring services on real quality criteria, and tracking whether guarantees are honored.

Mission
What we do and why
Existing review platforms answer one question — is this business liked? They do not answer the three questions that matter when you are about to spend money on a service: does this business legally exist, what is its real track record on quality, and does it stand behind its work.
TSFind is built to answer those three questions. We connect every listing to an official source of truth where one is available (Swiss Zefix, Mexican DENUE), score reviews on four concrete criteria, and capture whether the promised guarantee was respected. The goal is a trust signal that resists manipulation by design.

Manifesto
Our public commitments
Trust depends on what we will not do as much as what we will. The following commitments are stable; we will publish any amendment with reasons.
- 01.We never delete a legitimate review, positive or negative. Reviews are removed only on documented legal grounds (defamation, threat, identity theft, GDPR rights exercised by the reviewer).
- 02.Businesses can pay for visibility (Sponsored, Premium). They cannot pay for moderation, score changes, or review removal. These are separate domains and will remain so.
- 03.Moderation rules are public. Every moderation decision can be appealed by either the business or the reviewer, in writing, with a guaranteed response.
- 04.We do not sell personal data to third parties. Aggregate, anonymized statistics may be published; identifiable data never leaves the platform.
- 05.The trust score formula is documented publicly. It weighs reviewer expertise, recency, would-hire-again, and honored guarantees. No business pays to alter it.
- 06.We publish an annual transparency report — number of reviews moderated, appeals processed, takedown requests received, paid promotions disclosed — once volume justifies it (target 2027).
- 07.If we cannot keep one of these commitments for a specific case, we say so publicly and explain why.
