By accessing or using TSFind, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

TSFind is a public directory and trust platform for local services. Users can search for businesses, read and write reviews, and business owners can claim and manage their profiles.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform
  • One account per person

4. Reviews

  • Reviews must be based on genuine experiences
  • Fake, defamatory, or abusive reviews are prohibited
  • We reserve the right to moderate, flag, or remove reviews
  • Businesses may respond to reviews
  • You retain ownership of your review content

5. Business Profiles

  • Businesses may be listed from public data or official registries
  • Business owners can claim their profile with proof of ownership
  • Claimed profiles can be updated by the verified owner
  • We may create unclaimed listings from public business data
  • Businesses can request correction or removal of their listing

6. Paid Services

  • Verified status requires a one-time payment and ownership verification
  • Premium and Sponsored subscriptions are billed monthly
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
  • Paid status does not influence review scores or trust rankings

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Posting fake reviews or manipulating ratings
  • Impersonating a business you do not own
  • Harassing other users or businesses
  • Scraping or bulk-downloading data
  • Using the platform for illegal purposes

8. Intellectual Property

The platform, its design, and its code are owned by TSFind. User-generated content (reviews, business descriptions) remains the property of the content creator, with a license granted to display it on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

TSFind provides information as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy of reviews or business information. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information found on the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
